Smith’s Grove Sanitarium Escaped Patient Suspect In Halloween Slayings

Haddonfield, Illinois- An escaped patient from the Smith’s Grove Sanitarium is the prime suspect in a series of slayings in Haddonfield Halloween night.

Dr. Samuel Loomis a prominent psychiatrist was seen speaking to police outside of one of the residences where the slayings occurred. Loomis refused to give a statement to reporters.

While a suspect has not been named, Loomis is reportedly the chief psychiatrist for Smith’s Grove patient Michael Myers. Michael as many local residents remember killed his sister on Halloween night 15 years ago, when he was only six year’s old.

Illinois State Police Chief Carpenter stated they believe the slayings were targeted and the general public is safe. They hope to have the suspect in custody quickly, “This isn’t going to be one of those cases that drag on and on for years”.
